Standalone application from Matlab function using the Matlab compiler

The task is easy. We have derived a script from a neural network using Matlab and we would like to create a standalone application where the user has to introduce 13 inputs in order to get an estimation. There's also the possibility of creating an Excel formula if possible. We know that this is easily done using the Matlab compiler, but so far we haven't been successful.
