Someone to work on a Matlab Machine Learning Project

I want to make a drowsiness detection program that works by recognizing mouth and eye positioning (open or close) and head Tilt position. I already have workings for eyes and mouth, I am looking for someone to add head-tilt to the equation after creating a trained SVM model.

ONLY QUOTE WITH THE PRICE YOU WILL WORK WITH. DO NOT QUOTE ME SOMETHING ELSE ON THE BID AND A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICE WHEN WE TALK ABOUT WORK.

Conditions:
1- Please read the paper I will send you, I will require graphs and tables similar to the one in the result section with head-tilt added to the equation.
2- The complete system should show an Accuracy higher or equal to 95%.
3- I would require the description of head-tilt, how it's working, which algorithm we used etc as I would need that.
4- Make the system rotation
invariant.
5- I would need your help with mathematical equations of how the complete system works after adding the head tilt to the equation.

NOTE: Coding files and trained models for eyes and mouth are already attached with this.
