Solar car design in matlab and simulink and also guidance if we put a vertical wind turbines using with solar car .

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me design a solar car that can be modelled in both MATLAB and Simulink and also provide potential guidance on incorporating vertical wind turbines. The freelancer should have expertise in CATIA stress analysis. I require applicants to provide examples of past work when submitting their proposal for this project.
