Solar Array Design Tied to Local Power Grid

I am requesting a rooftop solar array designed with Matlab Simulink software. The system will be tied into the local power grid. The power produced from the solar array will feed the circuits to the facility and any excess will feed the local power grid. This system will require two meters, one to measure the power fed to the local power grid and one meter to measure the power used from the local power grid when there is no sunlight available.
