Sizing based on Particle Swarm Optimization

My project is to size the number of thermoelectric generators (Nteg), PV(Npv), and Batteries (Nbat) using particle swarm optimization. The objective functions of sizing are Loss of Power Supply Probability (LPSP) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC). I have the code ready, but I don't know why I cannot obtain the results of sizing. I uploaded the files. The MatLab files are two which are the function file and the PSO file. What I want to do is to pass the function file to the PSO code file and obtain the results. I want someone to debug the code or fix it if something is wrong so I can obtain the results of sizing.
