Simulink modeling

I am looking for a freelancer to create an intermediate-level Simulink model for control system design with numerical data output. The model will be used to analyze the behavior of a system accurately and quickly, and therefore must be designed with precision and attention to detail. The desired outcome is a Simulink model that can easily be changed and manipulated to adjust for various scenarios. The model should be able to output accurate numerical data for further analysis. And he/she should be willing to give some intuition about how the project was done as it’s a college project in which i will be evaluated so i would need some understanding of how things was done. So basically i have the idea of what i need to do but i am not a simulink expert and i keep encountering problems so i needed someone who can guide me
