Simulink MATLAB Expert for HEV & ICE Design

I need an experienced Simulink MATLAB professional to assist in modeling both Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) and Internal Combustion Engines (ICE). The main focus of this project is conducting a comprehensive fuel efficiency study. In the pdf that I upload, in the page 23 there is explanation of the whole project to be delivered. I need to be done in exact same way and also at the end prepare a report about the results and comparison of the two type and their fuel consumption

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Simulink MATLAB
- Prior experience in HEV and ICE modeling
- Understanding of fuel efficiency analysis
