I am seeking a skilled professional in solar energy forecasting to assist me in developing a short-term power production forecasting model for my photovoltaic system. The aim of this project is to predict the power output of my solar panels within a 5% deviation over the next 24 hours.

Key Requirements:
- The model will need to be trained using both historical power production data from my system and real-time weather forecast data.
- The forecasting should provide a high level of accuracy within 5% deviation.
