Segmentation and creation of ground truth images from knee MRI images

I am looking to hire someone to perform manual segmentation and create ground truth images from knee MRI images. I need the segmentation to be done with both 2D and 3D MRI images. This segmentation is for research purposes, so accuracy and precision in the segmentation is essential. The project requires manual segmentation with no specific algorithm. Experience with segmenting bone and soft tissues from MRI scans is necessary. The completed deliverable should include both segmentation maps as well as the ground truth images.
