SVM model development

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an SVM model for classification purposes. I have a specific dataset for model training, and I want the model to be coded in R. The freelancer should have experience in building SVM models using either of the mentioned languages (Python, R or Matlab). I expect the freelancer to have expertise in manipulating data, which involves exploratory analysis, making necessary data transformations and selecting the most relevant features through an exploratory process. Additionally, they should have the necessary skills to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of the model, and generate detailed reports highlighting performance metrics. The deliverable should also include the source code and sample implementation with clear instructions.
