Run my code for large size matrices, 20k-50k matrix dimensions

I have matlab code to run for matrix completion, but did not managed to get the output because of out of memory error.. The size of the matrix in question is 20000x20000 until 50000x50000. Ultimately, I am seeking to obtain results from the matrix completion. If you area able to run big data on matlab and provide me the results quickly, I would be most grateful.
