Roadrunner Software

I am looking for a someone that have access to Roadrunner Editor fom Matlab. Please only if u have the Software! The main objective of this project is to use the roadrunner for map editor. As I am open to suggestions, I am looking for someone who has experience with creating and editing maps. As Roadrunner is not open source i cant use it for now thats why need someone who have access at that.
