Regional flood frequency analysis using L-moment -- 2

I have annual maximum series of flood of 7 gauging stations. with the use of hosking package (http://lib.stat.cmu.edu/general/lmoments) convert the code in matlab and I am basically intrested in two things.1. Heterogeneity measure with Monte Carlo simulation with 500 simulation and 2. Best distribution with L-moment ratio.
