Recieve TCP or UDP packet in Matalb and simulate it on a 3d Plot

I receive the following information in Matlab and need to unpack the TCP data to visualize the data on Matlab. The network packet originates from a C program and that part is sorted. Its' the receiving part is a bit of a mess. The deadline is quite short, so it needs to be finished immediately.
Please, let me know if this is feasible?
