REVERSE ENGINEERING SIMULATIONS USING MATLAB.

Hello, for learning purposes I would like to replicate MATLAB code, simulations and graphs presented in a journal article. Reading the journal article is not required as I have collated, simplified, and reduced the information in for anybody to follow a long and understand. To summarise the background information for you. The journal article presents a design of photovoltaic (PV) system but to test the performance of the system the author has performed some simulations on MATLAB by using if else statements etc., to create an algorithm as shown in the provided flowchart. I would like to reverse engineer the graphs in particularly the SOC of the battery at each time interval against the dynamic factors such as the load. What I am asking is for the following:

Using the input data provided

- Reproduce the simulated MATLAB Graphs shown in the journal article (Figure 10 & 11) in MATLAB.
- Provide the MATLAB code for the simulation (derived from the flowchart Figure 5). If possible, add %notes for the important steps of code as my MATLAB knowledge & skills are beginner level and I will need understand and learn how the code operates.

I have included, document which has a more detailed instructions and additional information which should expedite knowledge and understand of the situation for the coder, without having to go through understand or read the journal article thoroughly.
