I am looking for someone with great experience in Engineering Optimization to help me to solve the Traveling salesman problem, Rosenbrock, Rastrigin, and Ackley problems by using the Water cycle algorithm.
The code already exists. I need someone to handle it
The output should be a report and Matlab code.
