Quantifying the excess renewable energy available in the battery for the hydrogen production using MATLAB

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me in research thesis on the topic quantify the excess renewable energy available in battery system for hydrogen production. Also, To explore the role of weather data prediction on site in improving the efficiency of green hydrogen production. The project requires expertise in MATLAB and knowledge of renewable energy sources, and battery storage system. The data will be provided for the consumption and generation profiles.
