Pca crossvalidation and procrusts on matlab

I am doing multivariate data analysis using pca on toolbox namely MEDA toolbox built by matlab.
I am working on bioinformatics dataset covid data sequences. I converted data into binary and I'm comparing three methods using scores pca and got results. However, i need to make a comparison between the results i have using 2 pcs with new result after implementing crossvalidation ekf built in MEDA and also i need to apply the procusts on pca scores to see the rotation and its effect in new results. I can explain more on the code i have. I need help in the crossvalidation and procustes to finish the task within 3-4 day maximum. I have almost the code done i just need to increase new steps related to principle component selections and apply procusts method. I have presentation related to it and i have papers related to cross validation. I need to discuss with the freelancer first and show and explain the code and its sequence.
