At the moment, I’m facing a critical issue during the visualization phase — the femoral stem is not aligning correctly with the anatomical landmarks, even though the landmark data itself seems accurate. I suspect the problem may lie in how the transformation matrices or coordinates are being applied in the code.
I’m looking for a MATLAB expert with experience in 3D data visualization, and ideally some background in biomedical or orthopedic analysis. The main tasks would be:
Debugging and fixing the alignment issue.
Reviewing the current code for coordinate transformations and rendering.
Ensuring the femoral stem is properly visualized in the correct anatomical orientation.
