Optimizing MATLAB Code

I have a code that is running slow. I could not optimize the algorithm further, but I am not an expert on Matlab so some code optimization could be done. I have used parfor, and I think there is no benefit to running it on the GPU because the could is inherently sequential. I have run the code with different Data (600 different data), and it took 3.75 hours.
If you think you can make it at least 4 times faster after reading the code, then you should consider taking the project.
Have them in the same file and run "Test_bench", Num_maps=30; collected_data=20; you should have those both equal to 1 at testing, but for the end result, run them at higher values.
