My requirement for the smart grid:
Mode of operation: Islanded and grid connected.
Control methods and types to be clearly used: Droop
and Master sleave.
Optimization method: Conjugate Gradient to minimise the cost of the energy.
Energy sources: Grid, PV, Wind and Energy Storage
and (Backup Diesel Generator when faults or
disturbances occur to the system). Stabilise the voltage and frequency in both modes of operation.
Mathematical modeling: state space representation of
the equivalent circuit of the microgrid. deferential
equations and transfer functions used in the
components of the system such as inverters, Boost,
bidirectional converter and others.
Loads types: AC, DC.
