Optimization methods (industrial engineer)

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me optimize a specific area/process in my industrial engineering project. The areas I want to optimize are manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. I would like the freelancer to use optimization methods such as big M method, simplex method, two phase method, and sensitivity analysis. I have some data available, but I will need the freelancer to create models. As for software, I am open to suggestions, but I prefer the use of Excel or MATLAB. The ideal freelancer for this job will have experience in industrial engineering, optimization methods, and proficiency in Excel and/or MATLAB.
