RL Optimization for Missile Control

I'm looking for an expert in reinforcement learning and control systems to enhance my missile control project. Currently, I have a PID controller and an H-infinity controller integrated via a fuzzy logic system. I want to apply Q-learning in two ways:

1. Optimize the PID controller parameters (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) using Q-learning.
2. Replace the fuzzy logic with Q-learning to dynamically adjust the blending coefficient k in real-time, which combines the two controllers.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, particularly Q-learning
- Experience with PID and H-infinity controllers
- Familiarity with fuzzy logic systems
- Ability to implement real-time adjustment algorithms
