Optimization of Fuzzy Logic parameters using the Genetic algorithms and Particle Swarm Optimization ?

Hello researchers, I'm designed a Fuzzy logic controller to mitigate the structural vibrations due to earthquakes and need to optimize the FLC parameters using Genetic algorithms and Particle swarm optimization.
