Neural Network Forecasting for FUTURE VALUES based on Historical data ( NOT JUST FITTING, BUT ACTUAL FORECASTED VALUES) on MATLAB

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a neural network forecasting model on MATLAB to predict future energy demand for long-term (years) timeframes. The purpose of this project is not just to fit the model, but to obtain actual forecasted values.

Skills and experience required:
