Modifying agent based simulation of disease spread on contact network written in Wolfram Mathematica

Hi, I am looking for someone who can either modify code of a agent simulation written in Wolfram Mathematica or someone who can rewrite the simulation to a programing language that I am proficient in (R, Python,Matlab). The base code of the simulation can be found here : https://www.wolframcloud.com/obj/covid-19/Published/Agent-Based-Networks-Models-for-COVID-19.nb . There are two modifications needed. 1) Change the compartmental model from SIR to SEIR. 2) Introduce new parameter to the contact network generation process. Each agent will recieve parameter: income (this parameter will be generater using boostraping method) and based on their income agent will be divided into income groups. Contact network will be then generated in such way that only agents within same income groups interact with each other. For more details please contact me.
