A Method of Detecting Non-Randomness

I have a single sheet of calculations involving
binomial probability theory. I need a properly qualified mathematician or
statistician to peruse these calculations, and then write me a letter
certifying that these calculations (and conclusions) are correct.

The person must have a degree in mathematics or statistics – for instance BSc. or MSc.

Deadline: As soon as possible – certainly within the next four weeks.
