Matlab or python and ansys for truss structures optimization

I need the whole item 4 "3D Truss From the Literature: Comparison of convenional concrete versus UHPFRC" to be rewritten by optimizing the truss presented in the article, changing some bar size or node placement to increase the truss strength. I need the figures 3, 4 and 5 to the new 3D Truss. I will need the code and ansys file. No need writing, just the analysis files.
