A Matlab code solving SEPM

I am looking for a Matlab expert to develop a code that solves an SEPM model. The desired output of the code is numerical results.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Matlab programming
- Strong understanding of SEPM models and their complexities
- Experience working with intermediate level SEPM models
- Ability to interpret and analyze numerical results accurately
-The attached file (the article by Dente and Tilton) gives the necessary formulations and parameters. The results are also given in the article.
All I need is a Matlab Code using the formula in the article and giving the same results.
