Matlab Simulink RT programming to store data on real time target machine and an APP controlling the target machine over TC/IP

I have a Simulink model running on a target machine. I want to control the target machine over the TC/IP connection and log data on the SSD of the target computer. The connected host needs to display the performance but not save the data.
