Matlab/Simulink implementation of energy management strategies

My work is about Management.
I need to do 3 sources like PV, BATTERY, SUPER CAPACITOR.
and all these sources I would like to work on as a management to feed an vehicle electric through a three-level NPC inverter. This inverter is controlled by one of the methods from an intelligent artificial such as ANFIS, ANN or others...and compare it to the conventional control PI regulator.
