Matlab Simulink for fuel cell

I'm looking for an experienced Matlab Simulink programmer to help me with a project. This project is for personal use and the desired outcome is to simulate the behavior of a fuel cell. As I need this project completed as soon as possible, I am seeking someone who can start working on this project immediately. A deep understanding of Matlab Simulink systems related to fuel cells is essential for this project, so prior experience in this field is highly desirable. If you have experience of working with Matlab Simulink and have expertise in fuel cell-related projects, I'd love to hear from you.
I have attached the reference paper for your understanding, in which the first one is the base paper I am referring to for my project but in that MATLAB Simulink is not disclosed so I am sending res2 for reference. But I want the Simulink based on res1 which is of SOFC fuel cell.
