Matlab Program for Graph, QC, edit and export of data

I require a Matlab Program to import CSV magnetic data and produce Graphs, filter data, do Quality control analysis, allow the user to do basic editing and interpolation in the graph, and export of data to two formats.
I require the program to be delivered as an EXE and the matlab .m file.
