Matlab Fmcw radar model correction

We have a open source fmcw radar project for genarete synthetic IA training data which is for private project. Our matlab model is not work correct, in fact it can not give correct result such as velocity, range etc. We are looking developer who will do refactoring and small devolopment. For the most part, We want to that , the developer remains faithful to the original of the project and methods. When correct result obtained, development is done. Model must give correct result for generated random multi target.
