Matlab Coding Assistance

I wrote some code that manipulates a specific image file. It’s functional- it can manipulate 1 pixel row of the image at a time , but now I want to expand the code’s functionality and am running into issues because I’m a novice coder.
Realistically, I need you to put a single loop inside my code without breaking the existing functionality. I will provide code and the image to be manipulated.
