MatLab and signal processing

I am looking for someone experienced with MatLab to develop a project with signal processing, machine learning and data visualization. This project will require an advanced level of complexity and proficiency in MatLab. The right candidate will be comfortable tackling tasks of various levels of difficulty. A detailed understanding of signal processing and data visualization will be required to create a comprehensive, cohesive project. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to produce a successful finished product.

All the requirements and the details for building my project are available in one Github account.
The project requires Matlab, SDR, GNURadio, docker and others.
I need someone to build the project on my Mac laptop.
