Make me an app in matlab

I have a CSV file attached for a matlab project. The objective is to create GUI in which you load the csv file and it displays, as a plot, some of the information of the file. For instance, the length of the packets for the time elapsed. I also want it to have a filter option to choose which protocol to show on the plot.
