MIMO RADAR coding and simulation in MATLAB

It is a research based project, 4x4 MIMO radar for multiple target tracking with a special type of waveform is to be implemented. Performance matrices and results required will be discussed in detail on chat.
Thorough understanding of MATLAB, MIMO technology, RADAR, RADAR multicarrier waveforms, performance matrices for RADAR is required.
