MILP solved by GAMS

My project involves designing a Mixed Linear Programming (MILP) model and finding an optimal solution to the problem using GAMS. The data I am using is Research Articles in the form of CSV, XML, and JSON files. An optimal solution must be found to the linear programming model that I have designed. I am aiming to use GAMS to solve this problem, as it is one of the most powerful software packages with modelling flexibility and power. The solution I am expecting should be optimal, however, some compromises may need to be made based on the available data and the complexity of the model. My deliverable will be an optimal solution for the MILP problem, using GAMS.
