MATLAB project using radar

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a freelancer who can work on Radar and build a project using sensor and MATLAB Software.
TITLE: To determine the various subsurface layers of Ground using Radar
ABSTRACT: To determine echo signal returning from different strata of the ground surface through Radar sensor. The parameters to be measured are:
a) Time Interval: Determine the time between transmitted and Echo signal( Returned Signal) from different strata of the ground layers
b) Frequency: The measure the echo signal frequency from different layers of subsurface
c) Penetration Depth: To obatin the Depth of the layers from the returned Echo signal.
Output required: Radar sensor circuit, Matlab programming code, parameters mentioned above (Spectogram plot with its analysis)
Tools which may be used: Hardware-Radar sensor, Arduino/Esp32 controller , Software programming tool-Signal processing/ Analysis/ Spectrogram - MATLAB
