MATLAB project on distortion measurement -- 2

The work is easy but has to be done on Matlab. You will be given images of a dot chart ( a rectangle with a grid of dots in that). then you will be given an image of a distorted dot chart ( dot shifted closer to the center or away from the center in an even manner just like when you click from a fisheye lens). you need to find those distortions (using centers of those dots) and make a mask (a vector mask or something) and use that mask on other images to simulate those distortions.
