MATLAB program for analysis of IEEE-30 power system and provide a report

I am looking for a MATLAB expert to develop a program for the analysis of the IEEE-30 power system. The main goal of this project is to conduct a power flow and Load Flow Analysis and provide a report summarizing the findings.

Specific Requirements:
- Conduct Load and power Flow Analysis on the IEEE-30 power system
- Apply specific conditions provided by the client during the analysis
Project requirements and question to solve is attached with some coding hints as well.
Power diagram should be cut and paste in the report with analysis of findings results of each step asked in the question.
Full Matlab code shall be copied and pasted in the back of report as appendix.



Report Format:
- Word document format for the final report and copy of Matlab code document

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in MATLAB programming
- Strong knowledge of power systems and analysis techniques
- Experience in conducting Load Flow Analysis
- Ability to interpret and summarize analysis results in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with generating reports in either PDF or Word document format
