MATLAB modelling for Chiller system

Hi, can you help me with coming up with MATLAB codes with regard to heat transfer in an air conditioning system? I am looking for a simple system as of now, taking into account conductive, convective and radiative heat losses and gains. Additionally, I am looking to use finite difference method to obtain the final values. I do have very basic codes on the finite difference method, but it is extremely simplified and it does not take into account the formulas for the heat losses. This is a relatively long term project(the MATLAB codes is just the first part that I wish to use your services for first), so it you're able to take up this assignment, do get back to me, thanks! ?
