MATLAB-Simulink Expert for DC Arc Fault Simulation

I need a seasoned professional in MATLAB-Simulink with a specialization in simulating DC arc faults in a photovoltaic (PV) system. Here are the key tasks and requirements for this project:

- **Simulation Model Creation:** You'll be responsible for creating a detailed simulation model that accurately represents a photovoltaic (PV) system with DC arc faults.
- **PV System Parameter Configuration:** I require your expertise in configuring the parameters of the PV system within the simulation model. This involves setting up the necessary conditions for the DC arc faults to be accurately represented.
- **Simulation Results Analysis:** Upon the completion of the simulation, you need to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the results. This includes a detailed examination of fault propagation and the effects of the DC arc faults on the PV system.
- The primary purpose of the PV system is power generation.
- The Pv system should have an inverter using MPPT.
- Each MPPT input should have 1 string of 6 panels (540Wp) and there should be total of 3 parallel strings
- The DC Arc fault should occur due to a break in cable on the first string similar to S1 in Figure 1 in this paper - https://www.mdpi.com/1996-1073/13/6/1416
- As output, I would need the IV curve, and at MPP the current variation and voltage variation of the faulty string and non-faulty strings similar to Figure 4 of the above paper. I would also want to understand current and voltage when the inverter changes the MPP
- I would want a copy of the model and a detailed explanation of the parameters used and how to vary them.

The primary focus of the simulation will be on **Series arc faults**. Your simulation must provide a detailed view of how such faults would affect the PV system operation and the propagation of these faults through the system.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in MATLAB-Simulink
- Proven track record in simulating electrical systems, ideally photovoltaic systems
