MATLAB Implementation of Mitochondrial Oxidative Stress Model (Based on R Kumar & M S Jafri, 2007) -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
*I am looking to hire an expert in MATLAB and computational modeling to implement and validate a mathematical model based on the research article "Computational Modeling of Mitochondria to Understand the Dynamics of Oxidative Stress" by Rashmi Kumar and Mohsin S. Jafri.
*This work involves reproducing simulation results from the paper using MATLAB. The model focuses on mitochondrial bioenergetics and oxidative stress pathways, including ROS production and scavenging dynamics.
*Requirements:
--Strong proficiency in MATLAB
--Experience in ODE/PDE modeling and numerical solvers (e.g., ode15s, ode23s)
--Familiarity with mitochondrial bioenergetics or systems biology is highly preferred
--Validate and replicate graphs or simulation outputs shown in the paper
--Experience converting or understanding Fortran-based code into MATLAB
*Deliverables:
--Fully annotated MATLAB code simulating the model
--Plots reproducing key figures from the article
*Note:
--Only serious and technically qualified applicants having a solid understanding of biological modeling will be considered.
