MATLAB Image Restoration Assistance Needed

I'm currently working on a project focused on image restoration using MATLAB. I have run into a few obstacles that require assistance.
I am primarily aiming to enhance image quality, recover lost details and reduce image noise in grayscale images through linear filtering techniques. Unfortunately, I've encountered a few issues:
- The number of iterations (NOI) is stuck at 300 when it should be varying.
- My method for collecting the Mean Square Error (MSE) appears to be incorrect.
I would greatly appreciate expert guidance to overcome these hurdles.
