MATLAB Contingency Assessment Program Development

I am seeking a proficient MATLAB and PSSE expert to develop a contingency assessment program that assesses the normalcy of an operating point and identifies violations.
Key Features of the Program:
- Read system data from a provided .m file.
- Analyze bus voltages and identify buses with voltage outside the 0.95 – 1.05 pu range.
- Conduct branch overload checks by calculating branch power flow (??) in MVA using branch data and node voltages, and comparing this with specified limits to detect overloads.
- Consider branch current limits and branch thermal limits in the analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in PSSE and MATLAB, with a robust background in contingency analysis and power systems.
- Timely delivery of a fully functional program, requiring minimal clarification.
- Emphasis on accuracy, with equal attention paid to bus voltage checks and branch overload checks.
