A MATLAB Code for Bandgap Calculation of T2SL using SEPM
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can create a MATLAB code for calculating the bandgap value of Type-II Superlattices (T2SLs) with different Mono Layers (MLs) using the Superlattice Empirical Pseudopotential Method (SEPM).
The desired outcome of the code is to accurately calculate the bandgap value that is given in the reference article. The method (SEPM), equations, necessary parameters and the results are also described in the article.
All I need is a MATLAB Code using the same formula (SEPM). I also need to run the code in my computer and see the same results as in the article.
