Link Design for 5G communication system

I am looking for Matlab expert who can help me with my project. The object is to investigate, using Matlab, how to design a 5G communication radio link (creation of level diagram) that calculates a theoretical maximum transmission distance. Attached is the summary of my project. Attached pdf is the report of the existing link design. I am assuming the outcome of my project has to be somewhat similar to the report.
