Labview and Matlab expert

I am currently trying to create a user interface where the user enters variables and they are then imported into the matlab code through either matlab script or mathscript (I am unsure of which one to use and this is where the problem is). I have got 3 scripts of Matlab code for 3 different scenarios that I want to import into Labview. These scripts should then calculate outputs that are then imported on to an XY graph. On these XY graphs should be 4 plots each.

I believe I have done everything right regarding to the rest of the labview block diagram, the issue is with the use of mathscript or matlab script (which ever one you choose is best).

The Matlab scripts do work on Matlab. The Matlab code uses an anonymous array, which may be the issue with this problem.
